Hwy 41 as you cruise through Brooksville, and toward Inverness. Even a good stopping point for any usf students in the form of the Chinsegut Hill Retreat, owned by USF. Essentially its a manor house built in the 1840's that USF owns, it sits atop one of the largest hills in Florida. Its great around there as it does not even seem like Florida, reminds me of the foothills north of Atlanta. Discovered it the other day when the girl friend and I were out for a drive, and just headed north up 41.
