Buy a new one. That's the only way to ensure that you are getting the 100% proper part. I have replaced many of those and damn near every junkyard one has come back because it failed shortly after being installed. They aren't cheap but it's the proper way to repair. It doesn't need reprogramming, just the proper part. They have had issues with those throttle bodies for the longest.
