gonna have to agree with david on pretty much all of what he said.

it does look like a ragged out car. I'd really question the "rebuild" that was done on an engine that ended up in a car like that. Just because someone tore it down, and threw new bearings in it doesn't mean it was "rebuilt"
But, it is your money, buy the car you want to buy.

for the love of all things decent in this world, do not drift somewhere you are going to "slide into things" There are lots of great places to drift that don't involve hitting things.

If you work for a body shop to any degree, you shouldn't have to question your ability to install an over fender.
Yes, there are varied degrees of install quality, but if you are just trying to cover up some bashed up fenders so your crappy looking drift car doesn't look so crappy, then just slap those things on.
Hell, I've seen kids use tape and glue to get them on their drift car. It is just a crap drift car.
