You don't say what year or model your car is but I have black plastics for a 4-eyed coupe as well as a dash and console. If you respray, don't use laquer use dye for the plastics. One of the best is SEM Landau Black. You can find it at the Refinish Line on 49th St. across the street from the motorcycle class parking lot and just before the exit onto Roosevelt/East Bay Dr.
