Default 2004 Mazda 6s FT - 3.0l V6 5 speed - Need something smaller

***EDIT*** Shocks/struts/brand new Injen CAI/tune up/alignment getting done on Monday!

Posting this up a little early as there are a few things I want to get done before trading. I'm strictly looking for 1998-200 Civic EX 5-speed coupes or a 2002-2003 EP3 Civic Si. Also looking for 2002-2003 Acura RSX manual. Will also sell for $7,000 obo.

Basically the wife and I are moving a bit north so I'm going to have a much longer drive to and from work and need something that gets better gas mileage. I absolutely love this car and hate to get rid of her. She runs great, looks good, and is fairly speedy. The car definitely can work as a family car as well and easily fits both of our car seats with room to spare. This particular model has everything but the leather and moon roof.

Black Mazda 6s - 2nd owner Florida car!
5-speed 3.0l V6 220hp
116,175 original miles, mostly highway
Traction control, steering wheel controls, factory fog lights, cruise control, ect
Black/grey cloth interior in great condition
17" rims with "Sports" package (factory body kit/lip set) and spoiler, dual exhaust
Bose sound system with 6-disk in-dash cd changer
Brand new Motorcraft spark plugs (OEM for this engine)
Good life left on matching tires.
Tinted windows, clean title
NO modifications, completely stock!
2 sets of keys with 2 key fobs

The bad:
There is a small alternator squeak noise when starting up the car (defect from brake dust, Google it), it's like 1/2 second and doesn't affect any performance. Hood has some highway paint chips and headliner is a bit loose (~$40 fix).

I'm looking for a 1998-2000 Honda Civic EX Coupe 5-speed (moonroof, ect) as stock as possible OR a 2002-2003 Civic Si EP3 hatch OR 2002-2003 RSX baseline.

I'd like some cash thrown in on top, amount is depending on the year/model.
Mileage isn't too much of an issue as long as it's reliable and runs great, I'm not looking to swap out a great running car for a sputtering beater or someones project. Most mods don't increase the car's value so lowering/rims don't do anything for me, stock is good!

Here are some initial pics taken today, I'll get some more as soon as I can.
