Will once your above 350rwhp and torque 275 width drag radials will start spinning at the top of your 1st gear and into your shift on 2nd.
With your nitrous application I'd leave the 3.42's alone.
Whats wrong with 5th gear?? whats it doing or not doing?
It just doesnt go into 5th gear, I was putting down 420 and 505 torque and never spun at the top of first and can barely chirp second on the spray with a 275 nitto. My LT1 made much more than that and dead f'n hooked, but that was an auto.
