Default NO spark #1 Port on Distributor. Techs please read!

So I aquire a 98 Lude from a guy for a good price and During inspection I noticed when I pull the plug from the #1 port on the dizzy. I got no spark. So I removed the # 2 as well and checked the #1 wire on the #2 port and got spark. So from the Dizzy I have no spark on the #1 port. SO I aquired the car knowing these things. Ok so on to the specs and trouble im having.

1993 JDM H22a installed in the Lude. The distributor is from the swap and its obviously OBD1. The Car we all know is OBD2. The ECU is a P5M. Its running real rich I think is becuase the injector is spraying fuel in a cylinder with no spark so its not combusting. The gas mileage is very poor and it has black smoke. I replaced the dizzy cap and rotor with one from a B17 GSR with the internal coil which lined up and still fired 2-4 cylinders like norm. The guy I got it from bought it like this (younger kid) and just drove on 3 until he got himself a new car and sold me this one. I was at fist thinking Bad cylinder but no spark is eletrical and it does spark when it comes incontact with one of the other ports on the Dizzy. I dont think the distributor is bad but I am suspecting its the wiring to the dizzy? This is where Im stumped and asking for a little help and any info you guys got that have done the older H22 swap in the 5th gen or anything obd2.
