I bought a car that has a Neptune chip. I have no idea what kind of tune is in it? When I put the base map chip in it runs horrible. My question is, what is the best way to find out what's going on in the tune. What was done, timing, fuel,? Seller of the vehicle will not disclose that information? Any help would be greatly appreciated
