I've had the "Kick start" issue back with my moms old plymoth voyager and tried that here, no luck. I don't think the clutch pulley is working now because it no longer gives drag on the RPM, but that could be my AC button (part of the heater control unit I've been testing) that is keeping the compressor from getting a signal to engage (I do have my whole center console taken apart but that shouldn't stop it). It seems that the condenser fan isnt kicking on when the engine reaches it's "second stage" or temperature to kick on the condenser fan, I know the radiator fan should kick on @ 196 degrees F and the condenser fan around 217 degrees. There is a brand new radiator in and since the radiator fan is keeping it cool enough it might not be able to reach that threshold to kick on the confenser fan, so I can't be sure.
Where is the AC pressure switch?
