Me and friend just did a head job on my 1994 accord LX, replacing all the gaskets, thermostat, and more because my car was overhearing (bad thermostat) and it caused the head gasket to leak. Got the head off and resurfaced and everything back together now and it runs fine, no leaks

But both fans are acting up, both fan motors work fine, and the all fan relays click (jumped 12v power to test).
We'll start with the simple one, the radiator fan will sometimes kick on even when the engine is off not sure why. I installed a new fan switch hoping it would work(located where the radiator hose meets the head), it did not. But it does turn on when the engine heats up.
My condenser fan I cannot get to turn on, and now my AC blower position switch(head/feet/defroster buttons on dash) is not working (condenser fan wasn't working weeks before blower switch started acting up) which leads me to believe the two are related. Turning on the blower fans to any speed, then pressing the AC button should turn the condenser fan on, it does not and summer is here!
Anyone have any ideas?
