Anyone know where to diagnose a 95 sc400 (obd1)? noone seems to have the scanner for obd1...... just 96+ ... Car runs great for 15-20 mins of driving.. after that the idle begins to drop and sometimes it stalls and bogs.. did spark plugs... rotors.. caps... wires... air filter.. any info is appreciated..
