Because if there is enough interest in people wanting to use an Eastwood fender roller then there will be one. But if it is just me needing one then there's no point in getting one. No I am not going to roll your fenders for you, unless you really want me to. You get the tool to yourself and on your own time you can do as you please with it. Simple as that, no hidden fee's for renting it because you are essentially borrowing it.
