Thats a good setup. As far as the rods, they can take the abuse just fine (just use new ones, not worth using old fatigued rods). The pistons, thats the one place i'd recomend bumping into a forged unit, even if its just an SRP. You'd be better off doing that, than you would going with factory pistons and swain tech, but either way will work.Ive done a lot of stupid stuff on JE piston and stock rod combos, and it always works without failure. You going to run single fogger or direct port? Hit me up on aim sometime.
