+1 on the door linkage.
A lot of times there is a plastic clip, that over time will harden, crack and fall out.-Bob
There are plenty of places around the bay that will rebuild auto trannies and only
one that rebuilds manuals. I have no idea how a person can tell a good used auto
tranny until it's in the car and driven.....and then it may be too late.... (buyer beware).
I know sometimes getting one from a junkyard, they say you can get another one
within a certain number of days if it's bad..........but how many times am I going to replace
a bad tranny with another bad tranny that I need to replace with another bad tranny, etc, etc.
until I just take it to the tranny guy to get it rebuilt?
I once bought a radio (simple example) from the recyclers/formerly junkyards....that
I kept taking back and getting bad radios for and after swapping out the forth bad radio,
I bought a new one. LOL, I can swap out a bad radio easier that swapping out a bad
tranny. Your results may vary....-Bob
