I have $3500 and am looking to buy a new car. I am looking for a Civic that is 1996-2000.

Notes:
No AUTOMATICS
Don't care about color but would prefer anything EXCEPT red.
Much rather have a 2000 because i like how the front end looks but a converted is ok with me.
Does not have to be B series.
As states in the title, I need AC.
Looks>Power for me at the moment.
