I was once like you. I had a 95 Eclipse RS. I put a huge spoiler on the car (terminator II: whale tail edition) and I wanted to turbo it (hahn). I joined tampabay DSM and started my research on turboing a 2GNT.

Six months of research later I came to the conclusion that a turbo kit for my 2GNT would cost more than a 92 Laser AWD I had my eye on.

On September 9, 2002, I bought a 92 Laser AWD (VIRGIN stock, 128,000 miles) for $2500 from a used car salesman (you know the type). A little later, I sold the 2GNT for $3900. To that day, I have been MUCH happier with the car I drive.

I know it's hard to leave a car stock, but waiting for a deal on a 4G63T car is well worth it.
