Fellas,

My 240 is running kinda rich. The performance of the car is not terrible. It does NOT do the usual bogging thing that is common with a too much fuel situation. But my fuel mileage is a little on the low side. I average between 18-21mpg in town. The biggest issue is that the exhaust just smells funky and is noticable if your riding behind the car as well. It does puff smoke occassionally when i start it up or leave a light, but oddly, that comes and goes (which could just be valve seals). I picked up a PVC valve to replace after seeing what replacing one in another car did for it. But that job is a PITA.

Do any of you have any suggestions for what could be causing my issues?

The engine, a s13 KA24DE, has a short ram, a good portion of the emissions deleted (which could be part of the fault) and a 4-2-1 header.
