I didn't say they moved, I said they look like they would move. The cams (spacers, whatever) fit into the rack and are rotated so the rack is at the highest point. But there is nothing to keep then there, I would have thought there might be some sort of dowel or something to keep the rack indexed at the top. I may even drill a hole in the K-member bracket and drive a roll pin in. The issue I have is that if you bank it off of the elephant turds the tracks use to line the corners with, it could cause the rack to move.
