Im selling a 98 VW jetta GLX which is the vr6 eddition sedan. Car has about 134k, I've owned the car since it had 80k (2nd owner) on it and have done a tone of repairs but its time to part ways since i have another project im tryin to finish and i cant complete both so my lost is your gain.
Now the car and whats been done....
Exterior:
badgeless front grill w
euro front lip
rear trunnk lip
rear window roof extension
factory fogs (bulbs needed)
new door handles
Interior: pretty much stock
black leather seats mint
Engine: 2.8 vr6
replaced- rear main seal,timing chains,tensioner & guides,R&R rear main seal,w.pump,theromstat housing w theromstat,valve cover & plug gasket,clutch kit (complete), all fluids flush,brake fluid flush, gear oil service and power steering flush,clutch slave & cylinder,k&n fliter,crack pipe,ac compressor,radiator & fans,ac & fan module,resovor,spark blugs & wires, suite case has also been cut out
Susp:
replaced- r32 lower control arm bushing,tie rods & end links,ball joints, upper mount bearings,brakes front and back, Koni adj shocks in the front KYB non adj in the rear, H&R race 3inch drop springs,17x9.5 all around corvette wheels(optional with sale) adapters, streched tires.
now to what i couldnt finish:banghead:
*car needs a paint job
* heater needs to be fixed
* rear pass. door has nasty dent but i have another black door for replacement.
* rear window dont go down really never checked why cause no one sits back there.
* Driver window regulator is broken (motor still good) but i have a new one sitting in the garage waiting to be installed.
* ac switch needs to be replaced,shifter bushing need to be replaced and i have the bushings also
