^ That last part is a very sad true story. I agree both parties were at fault, but I hate the fact that the driver of the civic will be the one crucified. Just like dumbass hogan, I'd be willing to bet graziano wasn't telling nick to stop racing right before that accident. Most likely he knew they were going to race before he even got into that supra. But he was the "victim" give me a break...
