Plus, if you are lined up to perform in an illegal activity which is also contributing to breaking the law such as obstructing lanes of traffic, then it is YOUR fault....
It would still be your dumbass fault for running into said vehicle. Its called common sense: if cars are stopped ahead of you, use caution while you decelerate and come to a stop. You don't say fuck it and plow right through them.
