Yes, it can be done, if it is from a business in the UK they have to do the paperwork. Some things to look out for:
1. You may have to wait for a container shipment because it's cheaper to ship that way
2. You may end up paying a VAT (value added tax) that is very expensive because the socialists over they have to fund their governments.
3. You may have to wait for the dollar to drop and the euro to rise before they ship because they make more money that way (probably no more than a few months at most).
4. You probably won't find what the actual cost is until you pick it up.
I used to race KALI karts and they were imported from Italy, at that point you only had to deal with the Italians, now you have to deal with all the Euro zone BS regulations. My karts used to come in through New York and I'd pick them up at the races where I met the importer. I never knew the cost until I paid the guy, it's sort of a PITA. IMO I would contact people that do importing all the time and maybe throw a few buck there way to do it or I would go with these guys, they seem to have importing down better than UPS or Fed Ex. Either way, it will probably test your patience.
