I've done business with lancerman, purchased a couple used/rebuilt turbo years back. And bought a turbo from jr and some parts etc.
Only thing I have to ask is, Why didn't orlando tell anyone else he had to change the TOB?
Just because the tranny has to be dropped for the tob to be changed doesn't mean "hey guys lets pull apart a recently rebuilt tranny?!" and void any warrenty available, then lets drive it and still have some more fuck ups! Who's to say you didn't damage it more?
Like jerry posted alot of assumption was done with this rebuild. That's kind of like when reading the terms and conditions when your signing a contract.
