Hey,in Jerry's defense,yes "business hours". I do the same as Jerry,and just because you don't have a store front,DOES NOT mean that we are you 24 hr emergency mechanic's hotline. SHIT HAPPENS,bad parts,bad info,and people make mistakes. Just because a person works outta their house,doesn't mean you have the right to cal all hours of the morning/day/night,and expect them to drop everything they're doing to help YOU. It doesn't work like that. We have lives,familys,etc. You are a priority,but you can't always be FIRST priority. Were you going to die from not having your problem looked at or given attention to immediately? I doubt it. Should something be done? Yes. Should you have taken your own trans apart,or whatever? NOOOOO. You don't DO that.
Have a little consideration for someone besides yourself.
