ok im not gonna read this entire thread, it serves no purpose. but ill just leave it at it could have been a neon ACR...they came from thefactory looking very stock but they had great suspension, a dohc motor and everything done to get that thing lighter that they could do, (i.e.crank windows...etc..etc..) those with some VERY minor mods (like sticky rubber, and underdrive pulley) could dip into the 14's you got out run because you drive one of the slowest cars tor sale today. no offense, but almost any neon can out run the lancer. its just a mirage with a body kit.
