I wouldn't use 3 bolts as you may burn up a valve. As far as getting the bolt out, depending on how you can get to it, you can either use an easy out like AW11 said, or you can drill it out. The bolts I would recommed using are stainless steel grade 8 if you can find them (Im new to the Tampa area so I couldn't tell you where around here to get them).
