Brooksville is out due to the speed limitation that maybe a certain C* Club may kind of ignore.
There was a group that was able to do a Grip event up at Tropicana Field.
MacDill AFB is still out due to the war and the Base Commander not allowing anyone out there.
Technically an autox shouldn't get up to that speed then its really a road course and well you could rent Sebring for that.
Sebring would be an option. We have used the paddock area between turns 16 - 17.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
