BTW, I think 10K is fair. OEM, Non painted and OG CTRs go for 11-14 depending on miles/condition. Considering this was resprayed/Bumper grill painted over, Bay re painted etc de-values it and scares away certain buyers. So at 10k, That's about where it should be! Try and line up the fenders/bumper a little better and repaint the grill black. Would help a lot
