The Moes meet is currently the longest running continuous meet listed in Local Events.
Someone was asking if the Moes Meet was still happening...so
Based on an observation of meets that come and go
and discussions at a lot of the meets which I go to..............

If a person expects people to come out to a recurring weekly meet,
the meet organizer/sponsor needs to keep the thread active.

One way to keep a thread active is by posting every week, so people
know that at least the organizer/an associate/the sponsor supports the meet and
will be there. When an organizer doesn't show, people don't show.

A second way to keep a thread active is by posting up pictures of people
and/or cars every week as a way of showing that the meet is still active.-Bob
