Mark,
There is not a problem between you and me.
I recall saying my car was lowered for performance. I like how it sticks to the road
in the turns.
I set out the photographs at meets to educate people who have read someone else's
opinion that was not true about the work that I do.
I'm not implying that you are stupid. Everyone can see/read in this thread when a person
is ridiculing or criticizing. That part was related to whether people want to learn or refuse
to learn, and the results they are getting.
I install aftermarket suspension pieces for people who can afford it.
For people with low money, I alter their springs until they can afford the high dollar setups.
When I alter springs I precisely measure suspensions and I am the only one on TR who
can understand a suspension and cut the springs without beating up the suspension,
without destroying shocks and without eating up tires. For people who don't know how
to measure, first they mess it up and second, they say it cannot be done. They should
say it cannot be done by them.
I mentioned where people can go to read suspension articles because some people
don't know where articles are. It was not aimed at you. I mentioned a list of meets/info to tell
people reading this where they can find a meet. At meets we talk mostly about cars and
suspensions. When people know how to find me, talking is easier for me than typing. Folks, there
will be a great meet in Pasco County this Saturday, I know the person putting it on. But you
will have to check local events for the actual "list" of events. I hope to see some of you there.
Mark,
If you are pleased with how your car works in the turns, don't change it.-Bob
