I go there when I'm to lazy to go somewhere else or it's to windy to go anywhere else(i live down the street). I've caught reds, snooks, snappers, flounders, ladyfish and sheepsheads in there so it doesn't lack species just numbers. When it gets colder everything goes in there to hide from the weather. It's a shitty spot compared to other my other spots but it gets the job done. Hell you can sit at the pipe where I park my car and catch perch; theres an old dude that sits there with his beer and fishes for em.
