you sure you didn't blow the replacement?
if there is a short somewhere that blew it the first time, as soon as you hit the key, it would have blown it again.
You sure you are getting fuel to the rail?
got a running car you can yank the distributor off of real quick? that'll let you know if the CAS is the problem or not.
