1. If you nominate a member that member should be contacted via PM by the user who nominated that person. That user that has been nominated could either participate or not except the nomination....
No sense having users contacting other users about users nominating users. Free & Open nominations. Its up to the committe to contact nominees and inform them.. we gottta do something otherwise were just circlejerking
