It's not turning, because it isn't lined up correctly. I can see your #1 connecting rod cap all the way down. You're 180 degrees off.

Top dead center on the compression stroke = crank key pointing upwards.


Phase 2:

Phase 3: (Notice cam lobes pointing outward) 8 links from cam dot to dot or 14 pins between the two cam timing dots.
