Lots of the guys that supercharge their KA us meth/water injection which eventually kills to coating of the supercharger. For that reason I want to stay away it. For starters I want to get a basic air-air set up (like the above picture together) and then "play" with the different combinations of intercooling. I just thought the side mount could be a good starting point

I want to try something different. The picture is a set up from an aftermarket company that builds for Lotus. Air-water would be by far the best choice Epstein but its very costly. What would be a better measurement, if PSI isnt it? I know my limitations on this subject and would difer to anyone that could help me make a good choice. What the size difference between as s14/15 and that of an s13?

I've never boosted a car before but see all the time on here where someones ill tuned KA-T has popped. My reason for wanting to do the SC is because of the linear boost, max of around 10psi (unless you mess with the pulley size), and since the KA doesnt rev like a SR but still has ample torque the SC would work nicely. A solid tune and intercooling should make plenty of power for a daily.

That and I have two superchargers, one from an Xterra, which is commonly used, and one from a 3800 GM.

The photo below gives you an idea of the mounting position I'm considering. Please note the area is roughtly 1/3 the width of the standard KA radiator and equally as tall. The piping to the intercooler will be super short due to the SC connecting essentially where the existing lower intake plenium is now.

Thanks for looking and your input guys!!
