This set up is something we build tons of in the RWD applications like the 350Z and 240SX using the VQ35 and turbocharged. We already know what she will put down.

As for the pie cuts on radiator, there isn't a flow issue.
The pie cuts on the charge pipes on the Hot side were absolutely necessary in order to get the 2.25" piping through the radiator support in such tight angles.
And BTW, we always take the time to smooth out the inside of the piping.

Any other option would have extended the length of hot pipe down and around the L-side of the intercooler (about 28" longer) and the R-side would have gone around the R-side through the bumper, up in front of the radiator, then wrapped around the engine into the throttle body lengthening it approx 42". The increase in length would have added a substantial volume of air to the piping and extended boost lag significantly, not to mention that it certainly would have been UGLY as HELL!!!
