your problem is the ecu. this is common of lexus ecu's. take it apart and get the specs for all of the electrolytic caps and order replacements. youll need to change the caps in the ecu.

the neutral safety switch pins need jumped together so the car will start using the factory starter wire. if you can start the car and are using the aristo harness starter wire then it is likely not an issue.

also, what boost are you running? does your engine light come on? what is the code if it does? im thinking you might have a bad tps. also, did you disconnect the traction control? if not you need to.
