Yes, I have actually. Especially when I know they paid a lot less than what they are asking for it, done NOTHING to it to improve it's worth, except put a sign in the window.
I located 2 in the general area. Both were priced higher. ($2500 and $3000 respectivly) Both also had the V-8 in them and were generally in better condition judging from the pictures.
