It is easy and if you follow the rules, we won't delete or lock your thread..


1. Every thread must start with FS or FT or WTB or WTT or FT.
You may use a combo, (i.e. FS or FT
If it starts with anything else, it will be Locked & Deleted ( ie: Testing waters / feeler / ect )
Keep the titles simple
There is no need to have fifty asterisks (these --> ***) in your thread title.
There is no need for tons of adjectives describing the car, that is for the post itself.
Please keep the information in the thread title simple and easy to read. One or two descriptive words are okay, like Custom, Rebuilt, Clean, Low mileage, Swapped, even...JDM style.
Also, try to keep the chassis codes to a minimum, as some people may not know what an EG8 or something refers to.

2. All threads MUST have a PRICE - No exceptions.
No Price will have your thread deleted. Please do not PM the moderator to re-open your thread if it is Closed because you did not post a price, you must re-post the item.

3. No 'testing the waters' or 'possibly for sale' posts.
Either it's for sale/trade or it's not and if it's for sale, as per #2, MUST have a PRICE.

4. No Commercial Sales are allowed in these forums.
That means no Dealership Postings / Commercial sales. None. /Craigslists ads

5. Threads over a month old will be closed/deleted.

If you haven't found a trade, a car to buy or haven't sold your car in a month your thread will be closed. We offer a free listing for you sale or trade and in doing so incur a large amount of traffic. Like any other site we offer a 30 day listing. After that your thread will be closed. Start a new thread if you like. Now that you have read this do not PM a Mod or Admin. It's the rule, you've read it and can follow it


6. "Bumping" , "TTT" and "re-listing" rules
There is no reason to go through 5 pages of TTT and BUMPS.
Excessive thread bumping to keep your thread on top will have thread closed causing you to post a new thread.
DO NOT post "BUMP IF VIEWED" or "REP FOR BUMP"

8. Leave good contact info.
Whether it is a cell phone, home phone, E-mail, PM , etc...let us know your desired form of contact.

9. Please limit 'chit chat' in the TR Classified forums to questions and responses about the item being sold.

Color, Year, Make, Model/Style, Trim, Manual/Auto, Price --- all good things to fit in the thread title without making it super long.

Good example: Black 2001 Honda Civic EX Coupe 5sp - $3000

Bad example: "Clean ass JDM DA9 B18C5/injen/magnaflow/dc sports/k-sport/jdm/innovative/HIDs/ac- make offer/trades!" - This is OVERKILL and will have your title edited at the least

Also, no profanity in thread titles (this is a site wide rule, btw)

10. Please "Delete" your post once your car has "Sold"....even if it was 3 weeks ago. Some people here pull up old threads
