everything has clearance or it does not. for instance if its flush on the back then id assume the turbo has clearance between the turbo and engine. now on the front turbo and fans rad etc. again has clearance great? . now the bolts you may have to mod them shorter so u can put nuts on them and get clearance. It has to bolt on flush for sure. use a gasket.. do not put plates or anything like that in. i personally would get the turbo bolted to the mani before install then install the mani/turbo to head... very easy man gl.
