At a stop it would over heat. I think that it was just the twin cam bumper not allowing decent air flow through. I pulled the thermostat out thinking it was a/the problem, swapped 2 different radiators, topped off the radiator/ underfilled it, no solution. Water pump was brand new, even did a complete coolant flush...nothing. I just said fuck it! When I look at other s13's that have a front mount, most of their front bumpers are saggy. Looks silly, so now I have 2 reasons not to rock a front bumper. Win-win
