pass window regulator is bad window goes up and down just falls off track never fixed cause i have AC

has a small dent on the quater panel bought the car like that

back bumper is in primer paint was peeling so it was sanded down

car will come with SI's but 2 tires are new 2 tires r shot please bring 2 steelies or other rims....
