Just doing this to spark up a conversation, I already know what to do to sell the car in a pinch

Anyways here's the story:
Usually I get tons of hits from my ads when I publish a car I'm selling to the most common sites.
This last one I haven't seen any calls really except for one mexican guy that offered me 50% less than what I had the vehicle listed for, which = disconnection on my end

.
Do you guys think I'm too high? I usually price stuff right to sell quick but this guy hasn't moved in 2 weeks, usually that's all the time it takes to sell a car I buy, fix, and resell.
98 Ford Ranger XL
115,000 miles
a/c
4cyl 5spd
clean exterior/interior (8/10) on both I would say.
I have it for $2,700 O.B.O.
What I normally do is take KBB, NADA, Edmunds, MSN Autos, and cars listed on autotrader/craigslist/ebay total it then average and I come out with a nice ballpark figure for what it will sell for. Which in this case was $2,700 ($2,792 to be exact).
I'll keep moving on to the next car, but I don't like them sitting too long, usually when there's no bites within the first week I'm sitting on the car for a month or so... bleh.
