A/C blows cold!

It has a vtec engine. The miles on the title were exempt but the cluster shows around 118k. The car was a auto but has been swaped over to manual. It has a ex b000 transmission.Minor 3rd gear grind.

The car is lowered on AGX struts with ground control coil overs.

Everything works, windows, sunroof, power locks.It does have some dings and dents, but nothing huge or bad for the cars age, paint is clean for age as well.

PS is not installed. The lines are looped.
