But I don't understand how someone can make an offer on a car they haven't seen. I'm sorry, but I won't negotiate via PM or via txt. If you really want to buy the car, come see it and bring cash. I don't know about anyone else, but cash in hand tends to get a better response than a txt message. I have the paper title in hand.
