Good luck, any 3 of the turbos will be capable of low 13's. With the EVO turbo, the O2 housing is a direct bolt on, but you can port the stock o2 housing to work.
I know this but that would have been more money to spend since I cant port anything myself. I was looking for something that was going to get my car running as fast as possible.
