Whats good TR?

Good:
Car: 94 EG 4door dx
Motor: 5 speed Single cam and it drives like a champ and is very reliable.
Milage: 175*** but I had to put in an old cluster that I had in the garage that reads 25****
Color: Purple (Red Pearl according to Honda)
Interior: Grey MINT! 9.5 out of 10
Wheels: Pacer rims with 90% of thread.
Audio: Sony explode with AUX and 2 brand new speakers

Bad:
Needs passenger side fender and front bumper
Needs a new passenger spindal and allignment
Dented quarter panel (see pics)

Price:
Im willing to trade + money on top for a 92 and up Honda/96 and up Acura but to be honest Im reallllly looking for a sol. I dont have like 3 or 4k to throw on top but if the deal is good I could come up with some more money.

I need to get rid of this car because I really love it and if I keep it any longer im gonna be temped to keep it and fix and to be completely honest I dont have the time and money to dump into it at the moment. Just let me know TR.
