FS/FT 2004 Acura RSX TypeS

Selling my 2004 Acura RSX TypeS for $8500obo. Thats well below kbb, so if you thinks its to much just move on and dont low ball me. The car has 103k miles on the body, the motor and trans was replaced with an 06 type s when the car had 88k on it. The motor then had 37k so it has about 52k miles on the engine and trans. The car is in pretty good shape, leather interior, sun roof, 6 speed. Also has a few upgrades. I put the factory wheels back on with new tires. Still have the 06 wheels. Performance:
-Injen ram air intake
-Custom exhaust w/factory muffler (sounds deep)
-Stage 1 clutch (installed at 100k on body)
Exterior:
-lowered on ksport lowering springs
-I put the factory wheels with new tires back on the car, still have the 06 wheels and tires, returned to factory color.
-Type R rear spoiler
-10000k HIDs
Audio:
-Sony head unit CD/MP3/ipod
-wired for subs
Bads:
-The previous owner tried to take the tint off the back window and never finished the job so its half there half not
-The driver seat had a rip in the seam on the bottom, can easily be fixed by an upholstery person
