Got a flat and I couldnt find a tire shop that had 1 new/used 14" tire for cheap ($68 was the cheapest) so i bought these off a friend to swap out tires and after i bought em my other friend ended up having a spare 4x100 steelie so these are just sitting around. they got NEW tires on em. Hubcaps not included.
