At first I was like because I need another tool box or a bigger one, and then I was like -_- meh. I have the Craftsman 41" drawer and chest combo stainless tool box filled to capacity. I have a full set of tools to rebuild a car in my tool bag because there is no more room in the box. Then again I have doubles of some sets of wrenches and sockets.
